DATA PROVIDED TO US:
You may visit this Website and download our App (as made available) without registering with us. However, if you choose to register with us to use the Platform, you will be required to provide us with personally identifiable information.
We collect information from you when you create an account to log in to our Platform. To register with us, you will be required to provide your first and last name, gender, e-mail and mailing addresses, birth date, username and password. If your account is set up for you by your educational institution, your educational institution will provide us with this information.
We also request that you voluntarily provide us with your cell phone number in order to contact you. By providing us your cell phone number you are expressly consenting for us to call or text you or both, which may involve our use of a prerecorded voice or the use of an automated telephone dialing system. These calls and texts may be notices or alerts that you activate within your account and request that we provide, but may also be marketing messages from Bentley-Grace Foundation Inc. that you have not expressly requested. By providing your cell phone number to us, you expressly consent to all such calls and texts. If you do not wish to receive calls and texts then do not provide your cell phone number.
When you participate in one of our surveys, we may collect additional profile information, which will be identified in the applicable survey terms. We may add this information to your profile and use and share it along with your other personal information as contemplated in this Privacy Policy.

Please note, if you choose to make any User Content available to third party Platform users, such User Content will be shared to such other users and will be connected to your username. If you do not want User Content connected to your username, do not upload it to the Platform.
DATA COLLECTED VIA TECHNOLOGY:
To make our Platform more useful to you, we (or our third-party service providers on our behalf) automatically collect information from you when you access the Platform. This information consists of browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, domain name from which you visit, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit. Like most Internet services, we automatically gather this data and store it in log files each time you visit our Platform. We use this information to monitor how our Platform is used and compliance with our Terms and Conditions of Service and Website Terms of Use.

We will respond to your emailed request, when permitted by law, within 30 days. We may be unable to delete information that resides in our archives.
Not all information in your account may be edited, deleted or otherwise changed. If your account was assigned to you by an educational institution, then you may change your profile picture, name (upon request), and access level for courses (student or administrator). If your account is a self-registered account then you may change your username, password, first name, last name, profile picture, and access level.
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Bentley-Grace Foundation Inc. takes reasonable steps to help protect your personal information in an effort to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your personal information.
